Who we are

The Laughing Gorilla is a live comedy show produced by Battle Zone Boxing ("we", "us"), 6481 102nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782. These terms cover tickets bought through laughinggorilla.com and your attendance at our shows. By buying a ticket or coming to a show, you agree to them.

Tickets and payment

• Prices are shown per ticket. If a service fee applies, it is shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your tickets are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, each with its own QR code. Check your spam folder if they do not arrive within a few minutes, then email us.
• Each QR code admits one person once. If a code has already been scanned, the holder of the duplicate will not be admitted. Do not post photos of your tickets.
• You may give a ticket to someone else by forwarding it. Resale above face value is not permitted and we may void tickets that are resold that way.
• Promo codes are limited to one per order and may be withdrawn at any time. A code that is misused may be voided along with the order.
• If a ticket is priced incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Refunds, cancellations and changes

• All ticket sales are final. We do not refund or exchange tickets because you can no longer attend. Email us and we will do what we reasonably can, but we cannot promise anything.
• If we cancel a show, every ticket for it is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. Allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post it.
• If we postpone a show, your ticket is good for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, email us within 14 days of the announcement for a full refund.
• Comedians are subject to change. A change to the lineup, running order or show length is not grounds for a refund.
• If you have a problem with a charge, contact us before contacting your bank. We fix genuine errors quickly. A chargeback filed on a valid charge voids the tickets on that order.

Age policy and alcohol

• Our shows contain adult language and adult themes. The age limit for each show is posted on its page before tickets go on sale. Bring a government photo ID; we may ask for it at the door.
• Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 and over with valid ID. Staff may refuse service to anyone, and may remove anyone who appears intoxicated, without a refund.
• No outside food or drink.

House rules

• No recording. Audio or video recording of any performance is prohibited. Phones away during the show, and no flash photography.
• Heckling, talking over the performers, or any behavior that disrupts the show or bothers other guests will get you removed without a refund.
• The venue is a working boxing gym. Stay out of the ring and training areas unless staff direct you there, and follow staff instructions at all times.
• Seating is first come, first served unless your ticket type says otherwise. Doors open at the time posted for the show.
• Harassment of performers, staff or other guests, damage to the facility, or any illegal activity will result in removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

Photography and recording by us

We photograph and film our shows for promotion. By attending, you agree that you may appear in those photos and recordings and that we may use them in our marketing without payment to you. Tell a staff member if you would rather not be photographed and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Your responsibility

You attend at your own risk. To the extent Florida law allows, Battle Zone Boxing, its owners, staff, performers and contractors are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability to you for anything connected with a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you buy your ticket applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
